For time limits, I've read something along the lines of implementing 2 minute limit to get to an action, possibly including negotiation (?). Like you've got 2 minutes to place your Command Counter then do the thing.

Disappointed in the options for the next episode. There's so much to talk about and it's either a flagship tourney or the book? What about the new and revamped factions? Mechs? Exploration? Heroes? New planet tiles?

You should implement a Milty is Dane ruling for the tournament. Essentially Miltys rules decisions are as though Dane said them
